Ress Life Investments A/S is a limited liability company incorporated in Denmark. Ress Life Investments is only open to professional investors as defined by the European Union's MIFID directive. Investors may subscribe or redeem shares every quarter at the company's current net asset value per share.
Ress Life Investments acts as a feeder structure and invests in units of Ress Life Fund, in Luxembourg. The custodian bank for Ress Life Investments is Nykredit Bank, one of the largest banks in Denmark. Intertrust Denmark A/S, which is part of the Intertrust Group, acts as administrator. The company's legal counsel is LETT Advokat and they also chair the independent board which consists of three members. Ress Life Investments is audited annually by Deloitte.
It is also intended that Ress Life Investments will become listed at a major European stock exchange in order to allow for more regular trading of the shares.
