Hans-Erik AnderssonHans-Erik Andersson was previously CEO of Skandia Insurance, the largest listed insurance company in Sweden. He left the company in 2006 when it was acquired by Old Mutual. Mr Andersson currently serves on the board of several quoted companies in Sweden and is also a non-executive board member of the Norwegian quoted insurance company, Gjensidige Forsikring ASA. Mr Andersson also serves as Chairman of the board of Erik Penser Bankaktiebolag and is a member of Citibank Nordic Advisory Board.
Howard FlightLord (Howard) Flight is a member of the House of Lords. Lord Flight worked for 35 years in the investment management industry and established Guinness Flight Global Asset Management where he was joint Managing Director for 13 years until the company was acquired by Investec in 1998. Between 1997 and 2005 he was the Conservative Member of Parliament for Arundel, during which he was a Shadow Treasury Minister for six years and Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury. Currently, he is a director of several companies in the financial services sector and also serves as a Commissioner of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. Lord Flight has a degree in History and Economics from Cambridge and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Hans Eric JansenHans Eric Jansen was previously the Executive Chairman of the Delta Lloyd Group, the third largest insurance company in the Netherlands. Prior to joining Delta Lloyd he worked in executive functions both in banking and in the oil industry. Mr Jansen has also served as non-executive board member of several quoted companies. Currently, he is a partner in a private equity fund specializing in acquiring and managing family companies in the Netherlands and Belgium, which have succession problems. Mr Jansen has a Doctorate in Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands.
Pascal SamaranPascal Samaran began his career at the 'Cour des Comptes' the French public sector supreme audit authority. He then spent ten years managing security exchanges, ending as CEO of the futures exchange MATIF and Deputy Managing Director at the Bourse de Paris. Mr Samaran then moved to a major listed software company in charge of M&A and also became a senior advisor to a family office. He is now back at the 'Cour des Comptes' specializing on social security matters. |
