Ress Capital Fund Management S.A.

Ress Capital Fund Management S.A. is a management company as defined under chapter 14 of the Luxembourg law dated 20 December 2002 relating to undertakings for collective investments. The company acts as the management company for the Ress Uncorrelated Assets Fund, a specialised investment fund (SIF) authorised in Luxembourg. The fund is organised as an umbrella fund with several sub-funds. Currently, the sub-fund Ress Life Fund is open for subscriptions.

Ress Capital Fund Management S.A. does not manage any other Luxembourg undertaking for collective investment (“UCI”). The Management Company is organized as a société anonyme under the laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg and has its registered office in Luxembourg City. The share capital amounts to EUR 125,000.
