Ress Life Investments A/S begins to invest directly in life insurance policies

As previously announced, Ress Life Investments A/S is planning to invest directly in life insurance policies and securities linked to longevity, instead of investing in fund units issued by Ress Life Sub Fund, a specialised investment fund (SIF) in Luxembourg.

These changes are now being implemented and Ress Life Investments A/S has requested to redeem all fund units in Ress Life Sub Fund and instead receive all assets of Ress Life Sub Fund, including the life insurance policies. Thus, Ress Life Investments A/S is no longer a feeder fund.
