Ress Life Investments A/S has received notification that Jonas and Christina af Jochnick Foundation indirectly through Celox Asset Management Ltd. holds more than 5% of the share capital and voting rights in Ress Life Investments A/S.
On 27 October, Jonas and Christina af Jochnick Foundation holds, indirectly through Celox Asset Management Ltd., 3,193 shares in Ress Life Investments A/S with a total nominal value of EUR 1,596,500 corresponding to 5,65 % of the total share capital and voting rights in Ress Life Investments A/S.
