Ress Life Investments AUM reaches USD 150 million
Continued strong capital inflows from both existing and new investors in Europe and Asia has lead to a record level of AUM. Assets under management are now 151.5 million. Volatile equity markets have created awareness and increasing interest among both institutional investors and family offices and we are positive regarding the future.
The nominal amount of the life insurance portfolio now exceeds USD 500 million. Policies are issued by around 50 highly rated US life insurance companies. The market remains very active and we’re busy purchasing new policies at attractive IRR’s.
Ress Life Investments year-to-date net return is 4.6% in US dollars and the annualised net performance in the last five years is 6.6% in USD.
