We are pleased to announce that Resscapial AB is merging with Finserve Nordic AB and Ress Life Investments will now be managed by Finserve Nordic AB. There are no changes in the portfolio management team and other personnel. The CEO of Finserve Nordic AB is Gustaf Hagerud who previously was the CEO of Resscapital AB.
Finserve Nordic is authorised and regulated as a UCITS fund manager and an alternative investment fund manager (AIFM). The new group manages a broad range of funds with a focus on thematic and alternative investments and employs approx. 20 people. The management team has extensive experience in investments and international experience from having worked at major banks and hedge funds.
